SERVICES

what we can do

We don’t believe in “one size fits all” beauty.

Every face is a custom project, whether it’s to provide structural lift or to soften fine lines, we want to achieve the most impact with the least amount of product.

Every treatment begins with a comprehensive, one-on-one clinical consultation. Before a single injection is made, under the medical direction of Dr. Hibler, we perform an assessment to determine the “right” product for your specific goals.

The upper face or horizontal forehead lines (frontalis muscle)

Doses are placed higher on the forehead, leaving the lower portion of the muscle active so the eyebrows can still lift naturally while the lines are noticeably softened.

The 11 Lines (glabellar complex)

Targeted injections to the muscles that pull the brows in & down, allowing the brows to appear higher and more relaxed.

Heavy/dropping brows

By relaxing the muscle that pulls the tail of the brow down, the forehead muscle is allowed to lift the brow up naturally

Bunny lines

Tiny injections on the bridge of the nose to prevent the “scrunching”.

Teeth grinding

Deep injections into the masseter relax overactive jaw muscles, reducing clenching and grinding that cause tooth wear and fractures.

Gummy smile

Relaxing the hyperactive muscles that lift the upper lip too high, allowing for a more balanced show of teeth and gums.

Sad or downturned mouth

Relaxing the muscle that pulls the corners of the mouth down, creating a slightly neutral or upturn to the lips.

Pebble/orange peel chin

Softening the chin muscle to gently smooth out mild dimpling and improve overall contour.

The neck, prominent platysmal bands

Injecting the platysmal bands of the neck to relax the muscle that pulls the entire lower face downward.

Lip Flip

Thin lips but not ready for filler? Small injections to relax the lip muscle allow it to “flip” slightly upward for a fuller appearance without filler.

ABOUT

the incline injector

After years of experience in aesthetic medicine, Tricia Walls (MSN, APRN) launched The Incline Injector in 2026. Based in beautiful Incline Village, NV, The Incline Injector is a woman-owned business with oversight from a board-certified dermatologist.

Moving away from the “more is better” era of fillers, we prioritize structural technique over sheer volume. Our belief is that the face shouldn’t look filled - it should look supported.

our team

Tricia Walls, MSN, APRN

Founder

Tricia’s journey to aesthetic medicine wasn't traditional, but it was intentional. Her nursing career began in the high-stakes environment of the Neonatal ICU where she spent 25 years as a Nurse Practitioner providing critical care to the most vulnerable patients.  Driven by a passion for detail and aesthetic artistry, she transitioned to the world of medical aesthetics three years ago. She knows that the smallest details make the biggest difference, & today, she uses that same NICU-level precision & a refined eye for natural beauty to help her clients in north Lake Tahoe feel confident and rejuvenated. She believes that aesthetics should never look “done” but should look like you on your very best day.

Originally an Arkansas native, with degrees from the University of Arkansas and the University of Tennessee, her professional path has taken her across the country where she’s gained diverse experience practicing in California, Montana, Tennessee, and Texas. Today, she’s proud to call Lake Tahoe home.  When she’s not in the clinic, she can be found enjoying the Tahoe lifestyle, boating, skiing, or hiking with her husband, Shane. She’s thrilled to bring her extensive medical background and aesthetics training to this community.

Dr. John Hibler, a board-certified dermatologist oversees procedures at The Incline Injector.

Dr. J. Hibler completed his medical and Dermatology training at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio. Prior to and after this, he worked at his fathers dermatology private practice, and has devoted much of his time to expanding access to dermatology care in rural East Africa.

As an osteopathic physician, Dr. Hibler believes in treating the whole person, not just a specific ailment or symptom. As the saying goes, “it’s all connected”. He does specialize in medical, pediatric, surgical and cosmetic dermatology and uses the most advanced biologic medications as well as traditional, holistic, and natural remedies.

Dr. Hibler lives in North Lake Tahoe with his wife and two adorable kittens where he enjoys spending his spare time doing anything outdoors, cooking, and tinkering with projects in the garage. He is active in the community, notably as an active member of the Tahoe Nordic Search and Rescue team.

A BEAUTIFUL PARTNERSHIP

the incline injector +
The Tahoe Aesthetician

The Incline Injector and The Tahoe Aesthetician work together to offer complete facial rejuvenation by combining medical injectables with advanced skin care.

Each specialist brings focused expertise: The Incline Injector uses neurotoxins and fillers to restore structure and soften lines, while The Tahoe Aesthetician improves skin health and texture. Healthy, hydrated skin lets injectors use less product, producing a more natural result.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

what people are saying

"I was so nervous to get Botox for the first time because I didn't want to look 'frozen,' but Nurse Tricia is an absolute artist! She took the time to explain the process, and we ended up going with a conservative dose to smooth out my forehead and the '11' lines between my brows. The results are incredibly natural—I still have movement, but the harsh lines are completely gone. Her bedside manner is amazing and her injections were practically painless. Highly recommend!"

— Claire

"Tricia is the only person I trust with my face! I actually love that she specializes strictly in wrinkle relaxers rather than doing a bit of everything; it really shows in her expertise. She recently switched me over to Dysport, and it kicks in so fast and lasts perfectly for me. She maps out my facial muscles meticulously every single time, smoothing my crow's feet without ever making my brows feel heavy. If you want top-tier tox from someone who genuinely understands facial anatomy, Tricia is your girl."

— Patty

"I’ve been seeing Nurse Tricia for preventative Xeomin, and the experience is always fantastic. She is super gentle, quick, and never tries to over-treat or upsell you. I specifically sought her out because I wanted someone who focuses purely on relaxing muscles and smoothing the skin. My complexion looks so refreshed, and I constantly get compliments on how 'well-rested' I look. Tricia is professional, sweet, and a true master of her craft."

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

faqs

How long does each appointment take?

Each consult lasts 15-30 minutes, and neurotoxin appointments are booked for 30 minutes.

What happens if I stop getting treatments?

The muscle activity will gradually return to baseline & the lines will return to the state they were in before treatment.

Are neurotoxins safe?

Yes, Neurotoxins have been FDA-approved for cosmetic use for over 20 years. When administered by a trained clinician in a controlled setting, they are one of the safest and most studied aesthetic procedures available.

Are there any side effects?

Side effects are usually mild and localized & can include temporary redness/swelling at injection site; minor bruising; a transient headache in the first 24 hours; rarely a temporary “heavy” feeling in the brow if the product migrates.

Can I still make expressions?

This is related to dosing, not the actual product itself. When administered with precision by a skilled clinician, neurotoxins soften lines by affecting the muscles. You should still be able to smile, frown, and look surprised, just without the deep etched-in lines.

What should I do before a neurotoxin appointment?

Plan to do your workout BEFORE your appointment as you’ll need to avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours. Unless medically necessary, avoid over the counter anti-inflammatory medications such as Aspirin, Ibuprofen, and Naproxen, as well as alcohol consumption, prior to your appointment.
